1. Service Description

GoldenVisa.report ("Platform") is operated by YerBak LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States. The Platform provides automated property intelligence reports for individual real estate investors, with a focus on Golden Visa and residency-by-investment programs.

Reports include location analysis, environmental data, safety scores, nearby amenities, investment indicators, and Golden Visa program information, aggregated from publicly available data sources across 45 countries.

2. Account Registration

Account creation is optional. You may purchase reports as a guest by providing your email during Stripe checkout, or you may create an account using email/password or Google OAuth for a personalized experience.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration and checkout

3. Report Types & Pricing

Reports are available as one-time purchases:

Prices are displayed in USD and charged at checkout. All purchases are one-time, non-recurring charges. There are no subscriptions or hidden fees.

4. Purchases & Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• We accept credit/debit cards and select local payment methods
• For SEPA, bank transfer, and other asynchronous payment methods, report generation begins after payment confirmation from your bank
• You will receive a confirmation email with your report download link once the report is ready

5. Report Delivery

• Reports are generated automatically after successful payment and typically take 1–3 minutes
• Reports are delivered as downloadable PDF files via email and the Platform
• If report generation fails for any reason, a full refund is processed automatically
• Generated reports are available for download for 90 days from the date of purchase
• We recommend downloading your report promptly after generation

6. Refund Policy

• Automatic refund: If report generation fails, a full refund is processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method
• Delivered reports: Refund requests for successfully delivered reports are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• Request a refund: Contact support@yerbak.com within 14 days of purchase

7. Golden Visa & Immigration Program Information

Golden Visa program information provided in our reports is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute immigration, legal, or investment advice.

• Investment thresholds, eligibility requirements, and program terms are subject to change by national governments without notice
• Some programs may be suspended, modified, or closed after report generation
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, currency, or completeness of immigration program data
• You should consult a licensed immigration attorney or qualified advisor before making any investment or residency decisions

8. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Reports are generated from publicly available data sources including Google Maps Platform, Google Earth Engine, national earthquake authorities, satellite imagery, and other public databases. Report data is aggregated and presented for informational purposes only.

YerBak LLC makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any data contained in reports. Users should conduct independent due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making property or investment decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

All report content, branding, scoring algorithms, and platform design are the property of YerBak LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Purchased reports may be used for personal reference and investment decision-making
• You may share reports with your professional advisors (attorneys, financial advisors)
• Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of reports is prohibited without written permission

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Platform or generate reports
• Attempt to circumvent payment requirements or security measures
• Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws
• Submit fraudulent or misleading property information
• Resell or commercially redistribute report content

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YERBAK LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR RELIANCE ON REPORT DATA.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Rules.

For users in the EU/EEA, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. You may also refer disputes to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

14. International Users

The Platform serves users across 45 countries. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Additional consumer protection or data protection regulations in your jurisdiction are preserved and shall apply in addition to these Terms where required by law.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For registered users, we will provide email notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
